Welcome to Sunrise Reading. By using our webshop and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Terms of Service

Business Identity: This website is operated by Sunrise Reading.

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment: Because Sunrise Reading is a print-on-demand shop, every Product is custom-made specifically for you upon order. Your payment is processed at checkout to secure your order and initiate the production process. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund immediately.”

Payment: All payments are handled securely through Stripe.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all checkout information, including your Email address, Street address, and Postcode, is accurate.

2. Privacy Policy

Data Usage: Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described herein.

Third-Party Services: We share necessary data with Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for website performance, and our printing partners to fulfill your order.

Cookies: We use cookies to manage your shopping cart and maintain your session.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Production Time: Our items are Print on Demand (POD); each item is created specifically for you after the order is placed.

Delivery Timeline: Expected delivery for most items is 5 days, but please note that it can take up to 10 days depending on the specific product and destination.

Shipping EU: To ensure efficiency and avoid extra customs fees, items ordered for delivery within the European Union are printed and shipped from within the EU.

Carriers: We utilize various professional carriers depending on the product type to ensure the safest delivery.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

Custom Goods (POD): Because our products (including tote bags, posters, and apparel) are custom-printed based on your selection of Size, Handle color, or Paper finish, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

Damaged Items: If your Product arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Claims Process: To report damage, you must email contact@sunrisereading.com with photo proof of the damaged item within 14 days of receipt.

Final Sale: Once an order is in production, changes to specifications or cancellations are not possible.
